It's been so long ever since I last blogged. Haha, been really busy rushing assignments and trying my best to catch up in sch work. Exams is around the corner again, my worries and anxieties is at the back of my head all day long. Even writing this blog on my bed I'm still filled with worries and many uncertainties. May God provide me with peace and wisdom to study well.
Back to the title of my blog, realize I do have itchy hands. Was doing some housekeeping on my phone earlier on, clearing some old messages that's probably causing the occasional freezes. I mean it's suppose to be a smart phone, don't expect it to be functioning so slow. And somehow I figured my way to the pin code settings which i have always wanted to switch on but I remembered the trouble I've to go through because past experience is that it will first prompt me with a PUK code which I've to call starhub and enquire. So as expected, made a call to starhub and somehow because its 12am I didn't have to go through the usual monotone music before I can speak to the CSO. Unfortunately, the number that the officer provided me with causes a SIM locked out. This means I've to go down to starhub and get my SIM card changed :(
Worst of all, the officer couldn't give me a direct answer if I will be charged for the change of SIM card. Not sure if its because of the language barrier, as he doesn't sound like a local but I'll sure be giving some feedback tomorrow if I'm told to pay for the new card. I mean I can understand service providers having to outsource all these calls after office hours, but this shouldn't be a reason for causing inconveniences to a customer. All the more, I'll need to pay for petrol and parking charges. Hopefully they will admit their lapsed in service rendered and change it FOC :x
Alright, shall turn in now. Nights :)
